Building synergies

A Hyatt House property has opened in Chicago, close to the McDonald's global HQ - the 14-storey building features 200 rooms including 67 suites specifically designed for attendees of McDonald's Hamburger University training program for managers.
And in Austin, WaterWalk has announced plans for a 153-key development, made up of long and short stay apartments, right next-door to computer giant Dell's head office.
Of course, these are exceptional cases involving seek of the world's largest organisations, but it's vital for operators of all sizes and in all locations to ensure their choir-rate offer is up to scratch and to ensure their relationships with travel buyers and TMCs are as strong as possible.
Next month's Serviced Apartment Summit Europe, which takes place in London on July 1 and 2, features the new ENGAGE Travel Buyer Forum which runs as a separate ticketed event (single and combo-tickets available). ENGAGE brings unrivalled access to 30+ of the most influential pre-qualified corporate travel buyers together with a select number of serviced apartment accommodation providers and other complementary accommodation innovators in a unique, fun and thought provoking setting.
