Graham gets go ahead for Egham mixed-use scheme

UK: Construction company Graham has secured a £60 million contract to build a mixed-use scheme in Egham, Surrey.

The project will include more than 100 new homes, a cinema and a student accommodation complex. Around 1,300 square metres of retail space will also be developed as part of the work package.

Formally known as Egham Gateway West, the project is being managed by Places for People, a property management company, on behalf of Runnymede Borough Council.

Graham contracts manager Guy Salazar-Lewis said: “This project will bring much-needed housing, business and a new square and improvements to Egham, including new shops, restaurants and student accommodation.”
