UK: London serviced apartment operator The Residence has added The Residence @ Kensington to its portfolio.
The 13 apartments have been finished to “a five-star standard”, and offer spacious apartments, with each unit featuring a balcony.
The Residence Kensington is the fifth property for the brand in London, joining Marylebone, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Tower Hill.
“It is great to add Kensington as a location to our portfolio. It is a location that a lot of our clients are excited about, and our initial feedback has been better than we could have wished for,” said Steve Lowy, CEO and founder of The Residence.
