UK: Serviced apartment agent Select Apartments has teamed with serviced office company Office Space in Town (OSIT).

Office Space in Town (OSIT) operates bespoke serviced offices and meeting places in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Northampton.

Initially, clients booking through Select Apartments will be offered free access to three of OSIT’s six London business lounges, including its newest venue in Monument, as well as its office buildings in Waterloo and Liverpool Street for up to five hours per week. Clients will also be offered a 20 per cent discount on meeting room hire.

Simon Morrison, managing director of Select Apartments, said: “As a company we are continually looking at new ways to add value for our clients as well as take away some of the stresses that come with being away from home and the office. Like our company, OSIT is a family business, run by brother and sister team Giles and Niki Fuchs and they, like us, believe that actions speak louder than words when it comes to delivering quality and professionalism.  Although staying in a serviced apartment offers space to work from, we wanted to provide our customers with alternative meeting spaces that are, unique, quirky and inspiring – something OSIT certainly delivers on.”

Niki Fuchs, managing director and co-founder of Office Space in Town said: “We are delighted to be working with Select Apartments and look forward to adding further value to the services it provides its customers.  We pride ourselves on offering our partners and tenants beautiful, high-spec facilities ranging from beauty treatment rooms to rooftop terrace cafes. We have a wide variety of meeting rooms in city centre locations, ranging from cosy snugs designed for two, to boardrooms that can accommodate larger groups, which will provide excellent alternative work hubs for Select Apartments customers.”
