UK: Belfast-based serviced apartment provider, Dream Apartments has unveiled a corporate rebrand and plans to expand into a further 10 European cities by 2022.

Now known as Dream Luxury Serviced Apartments, the company employs more than 200 people and operates more than 400 properties.

Managing director Tom Smyth said: “As we emerge from one of the most challenging trading periods in hospitality history, we at Dream Apartments are forging ahead with our plans for a strong and buoyant future. Our new brand identity communicates that, and as the company faces a new dawn, we do so with confidence, and plans for growth in new markets, globally. Post-lockdown we have found ourselves in a very different trading environment. However, amidst the challenges also lies brilliant opportunities. The world travel market is reinventing itself and the hospitality market is going through a transformation.”

“We are at the centre of that, ready to evolve, change direction, and meet the new market demand head on. There is still a very strong desire to travel for both work and leisure, and we can facilitate that with a luxury-high-end, affordable accommodation offering in prime locations in cities across the world. We are in the midst of new builds and deals in major cities in the UK including Manchester, Glasgow, Cardiff, Liverpool, Middleborough, Dublin, Leeds, York, Cork, London and Berlin,” he added.

“We have keyless check-ins, partnered with other hospitality offerings in each city for excellent deals in eateries and tourism outlets as well as offering luxury, high-end accommodation in a safe, home-from-home environment. We believe the staycation, family, leisure market is the future. The corporate market and our ability to provide accommodation in prime locations in cities across the world, close to the central business districts, airports, main arterial routes and city centres has allowed us to continue to grow quickly. We are staying focused on these growth plans and not being deterred. We are committed to becoming a serious global player in the travel market with an excellent reputation for providing accommodation to both corporate and leisure clients,” he added.

Ryan Stanfield, design director at Kaizen Brand Evolution, which created the new brand identity, said: “We were delighted to be given the opportunity to develop a new corporate identity for Dream Luxury Serviced Apartments. They are a dynamic, ambitious, successful company which is passionate about perfection and we were impressed by its plans for the growth. Our design approach was to harness and capture this energy and to communicate this through the design elements of the brand. The new logo mark concept revolves around a dream catcher which can also be interpreted as the globe and a new world Dream will play a central part in, with the excellent connectivity within travel that Dream offers on a global scale. We wish Tom and his team every success with its future plans.”
