US: Q&A Residential Hotel in Manhattan has added grocery delivery, a new dining option and recreational facilities to its amenities.

The new amenities, all found within the hotel’s landmark building 70 Pine, include fast casual eatery Blue Park Kitchen and a full floor of recreational facilities previously available only to full-time residents of 70 Pine. The floor includes a bowling alley, movie screening room, billiards, ping pong and a virtual golf simulator

Other amenities continuing to be offered at Q&A include Australian café Black Fox Coffee Co, fitness and wellness centre La Palestra and organic market and gourmet food hall City Acres Market.

“We hope Blue Park Kitchen feels like an extension of people’s homes at 70 Pine Street. We aim to serve healthful food through local grains, fresh vegetables, clean protein and housemade sauces. We’re very excited to be a part of the greater Lower Manhattan neighbourhood,” said Kelly Fitzpatrick, president and founder of Blue Park Kitchen.

“We’re thrilled to be providing our guests even more in the way of food, conveniences and recreation, especially for the many families and extended stay business travellers who choose our hotel,” said Derek Stumpfhauser, GM of Q&A Hotel. “The more we can help guests cook meals in their in-suite kitchen, grab a quick bite and have fun on the property, the better.”

Q&A Hotel, which was launched by serviced apartment operator Furnished Quarters, will celebrate its third anniversary on November 25.
