Egypt: Khaled El Sayyad, the founder of Egyptian serviced apartment operator Prime Hospitality, has been featured in an article on “young innovators working to change the region”.

Forbes Middle East describes the list as “highlighting the game-changers and rule-benders working to disrupt our lives” and says it recognises “a selection of the most highly-accomplished young minds in their fields in the Middle East”.

El Sayyad’s listing says: “Prime Capital and prime Hospitality offer serviced apartments, real estate investment and property management in Egypt. Prime today owns and manages a portfolio of over 100 properties and is on track to reach over 200 properties by the end of 2020.”

In October last year, Prime Hospitality Management Group announced the launch of a two-tiered branded serviced apartment offer. Aimed at real estate owners “who are looking to turn their dormant assets into income-generating serviced apartments”, the company’s first two brands are Prime Select, offering “a curated selection of luxurious furnished serviced apartments”, and Prime Residence, offering serviced apartments in buildings with full amenities.
