UK: UK serviced apartment provider Prestige Apartments is the latest operator to secure ASAP accreditation.
ASAP Quality Accreditation aims to ensure that members who have been accredited are compliant with core legal, and health and safety practices, as well as providing the industry with a means of measuring and comparing the quality of serviced apartments.
Prestige Apartments is a fully independent limited company set up in 2002 by owner and managing director Alexandra Wood. The company aims “to be the top serviced apartment agency in the UK marketplace and with access to over 600 serviced apartments in more than 40 UK towns and cities including London, Edinburgh, Leeds, Bristol, Manchester, Aberdeen, Southampton, and Birmingham”.
