My Place launches rewards program

US: My Place Hotels of America has launched its Stay Rewarded program.

The company says Stay Rewarded “serves as an ongoing thank you and recognition to enrolled members, offering access to benefits that allow guests to enhance their relationship with the brand and make My Place their place more than ever before”.

Stay Rewarded “looks to enrich brand-guest relationships by addressing the demands of today’s guests in collaboration with the objectives of the brand. Boasting nearly 10,000 pre-registered members, Stay Rewarded is a points-based program available to guests at no cost in addition to the discount benefit already available to guests for extended stays”.

The program benefits enrolled members any time they stay at a My Place location for any length of time. Enrolled members can expect their status to be noted on every qualifying reservation and may begin earning points upon check-in.

“From our founders’ vision for the brand to the long-term success of each My Place Hotel open today and the hundreds to open in the future, loyal guests have been essential,” said Sarah Dinger, My Place Hotels SVP of brand management. “So it’s not only excitement that we feel on a day like today, but also an incredible sense of fulfillment for a promise kept to all guests who choose to make My Place theirs, time and time again.”

Enrolled members will begin earning points for qualified hotel stays at participating hotels on or after June 3rd, 2019 and are eligible for 10 Stay Rewarded points for every dollar paid for qualified hotel stays for up to two hotel rooms per night. Accumulated points may be redeemed by visiting the Stay Rewarded website.

Qualified hotel stays may be booked directly with a participating hotel by calling the My Place Hotels reservation line or by booking online by visiting myplacehotels.com or myplacestayrewarded.com.

In addition to earning redeemable points from qualified hotel stays, enrolled members will receive a complimentary bottle of water upon check-in and will be the first to know about new hotel openings, exclusive offers, and will have opportunities to earn bonus points.

At the helm of My Place Hotels Brand Loyalty is its director, Irene Roberts, a longtime veteran (and fan!) of loyalty. Roberts joined the My Place team in 2017 to lead the program’s development, bringing to it nearly 30 years of experience with hospitality rewards programs.

To celebrate Stay Rewarded’s monumental launch, all pre-registered and enrolled Stay Rewarded members will be automatically entered into the “A Million Reasons to Stay Rewarded Sweepstakes,” for a chance to win a variety of different prizes. Prizes range from a free night’s stay to a My Place gift basket in addition to 1 million Stay Rewarded points which will be given out throughout the months of June and July.
