Germany: Vienna-based property investor Kerbler Group has acquired the 607-key R.evo serviced apartment project in Munich.
The sale price has not been disclosed. The acquisition was part of a portfolio deal which also included the 95-room Vienna House QF Dresden, the 103-room Vienna House City Hamburg Wismar, the 205-room Vienna House Easy Leipzig, and the four-apartment Vienna Townhouse Berlin.
Hogan Lovells advised Vienna House on all contractual issues during the transaction process.
