US: A dual branded Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotel is set to open next month in Moline, Illinois.
The Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels anchor The Bend, a master-planned mixed-use development that brings retail, lodging, restaurants, apartments, offices, and other amenities to a 132-acre site.
Hyatt Place East Moline/Quad Cities and the 99-key Hyatt House East/Moline Quad Cities are expected to open in December 2018. The twin nine-story hotels will offer a ninth floor lounge with panoramic river views, as well as access to miles of unobstructed Mississippi riverfront and a bald eagle habitat. They will be managed by Olympia Hotel Management.
The hotels will also offer an expanded 24-hour fitness centre, an indoor pool, business centre with complimentary use of computers and printers, and more than 1,100 square feet of meeting space that can seat approximately 80 people and can be divided into two separate spaces.
