US: Extended Stay America has topped out at its latest extended stay hotel, in Gibsonton-Riverview, Florida.

The 124-room Extended Stay America Tampa-Gibsonton-Riverview will open in the autumn of 2019 and is part of the company’s ESA 2.0 strategy to grow its portfolio of hotels through development and franchising.

The new property will feature the new StayPlay lobby design, all vinyl plank flooring throughout, modernised kitchens with open cabinetry, raised platform beds, black-out shades, a fitness centre, guest laundry/vending area, complimentary grab and go breakfast, free in-room Wi-Fi, HD-TVs and pet-friendly rooms.

The company says it is incorporating the latest technology such as property-wide LED energy efficient lighting, low flow plumbing fixtures for water conservation, while back-of-house laundry equipment and water heating systems incorporate the latest in efficient technology. The rooms will benefit from air-exchange technology to constantly refresh the guest room and hotel with fresh air.</p
