Canada: Canadian corporate housing provider, Corporate Stays, has announced its plan to open five new locations across the country.

Corporate Stays, which has been a leader of corporate accommodations in Canada since 2008, has invested millions of dollars to open the new locations, which will include more than 100 luxury apartments across Montreal, Vancouver, Halifax, and Winnipeg.

Vladimir Suarez, CEO and founder of Corporate Stays, said: “Since we provide a safe and home-like environment, along with affordable rates, many people wanted to stay with us over other accommodation providers during the pandemic. The high demand forced us to grow our presence across Canada. We want to make sure both business and leisure travellers have a wide range of apartments to choose from all across the country.”

The properties will provide an array of amenities for travellers including grocery delivery, housekeeping, and contactless check-in for safety. The new apartments, as well as all Corporate Stay apartments, will be fully furnished and will include a kitchen.

The new properties, which are all located near popular attractions, were chosen based on their location, apartment layouts, amenities, and safety and security features.

The exact names and locations of the properties are The Zephyr in West End, Vancouver, The Lauren in West End, Vancouver, East Village in Osborne Village, Winnipeg, The Junction in North End, Halifax, and Monarc in Ville Saint Laurent, Montréal.

With the new additions, Corporate Stays now offers accommodations in more than 60 buildings across 13 Canadian markets.
