Germany: Brera Serviced Apartments has selected ElinaPMS as its property management platform.
The company has gone live with the Elina system and a new website. Elina’s head of support Siggi Schot recently visited the Brera team in Munich for best practice training.
Matteo Ghedini, CEO at Brera, said: “We selected ElinaPMS because it is more than just a property management system. It has many features which benefit serviced apartments. Having a great tech provider allows us to focus on building our team and brand experience, as we scale the business. We plan to grow from 140 apartments quickly.”
Vestibule Marketing, the company behind the Elina system says that more than 70 per cent of the clients using it are serviced apartment providers.</p
