UK: Belfast-based provider Dream Apartments has completed a deal to take on the management of the final units in the city’s Obel 64 building.

Obel 64 offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, with some featuring views of the River Lagan. Facilities include 24 hour concierge services and fully serviced accommodation with flexible stay options.
Guests will also benefit from the city centre location, with Obel 64 only a few moments from the city centre's financial district.

Dream Apartments' next phase of expansion will focus on three further Belfast locations aimed at expanding the company's market share.
Mark Docherty, director of operations at Dream Apartments, said: "Belfast is a key location for us at Dream Apartments and we see the need to offer more apartments in this vibrant city. This opportunity allows us to caterer to the needs of our guests more effectively."
