UAE: Abu Dhabi’s Urban Planning Council (UPC) has approved the Shams Marina project on Al Reem Island.
Proposed by developer Al Dar Real Estate Company, Shams Marina will feature two branded residences, a serviced apartment tower and a hotel.
The 100,000-square-metre mixed-use project also includes beachside retail facilities, food and beverage options and a beach club.</p
