UK: Apple Apartments is to cease operating its Liverpool, Newcastle and Belfast properties from June 1st 2017.

In a company statement, director Michael O’Brien said: “As part of our recent company restructure to how we operate the brand Apple Apartments, we are also undergoing some changes to our current portfolio and its locations. As of June 1, 2017 we will be saying goodbye to our Liverpool, Newcastle and Belfast properties.”

O’Brien said that all current bookings will be honoured until then, and any new operators appointed to the properties will contact any customers with bookings directly, during the due diligence process.

“As a brand we are rapidly expanding within the serviced apartment sector with 18 current locations and over 300 apartments throughout the UK, with planned growth in Europe and the USA imminently. Our continuous strive to carefully select locations that will meet our client’s needs and expectations, together with a profitable business, means this is a continuous evolution. So as we close one door, another door opens, we will have news of our next opening within the coming days,” O’Brien continued.
