Thailand: Joseph Yamdee has been appointed resident manager of Mövenpick Residences Ekkamai Bangkok, the company’s first serviced residences in Asia.
Yamdee has 20 years' experience in the sector, and has held
management posts at Viva Garden Serviced Residence, Citadines
Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok, Citadines Sukhumvit 11 Bangkok, Citadines
Sukhumvit 23 Bangkok and Citadines Sukhumvit 16 Bangkok.

Built by Thai developer Nusasiri Plc, Mövenpick Residences Ekkamai Bangkok will be the hotel group's second property in Bangkok and a flagship for the company's contemporary serviced apartment concept in Asia. It will feature fully furnished one- and two- bedroom units in Bangkok's Ekkamai neighbourhood.
Amenities will include all-day dining, an outdoor swimming pool, library, fitness centre, and boardroom with capacity for up to 14. The property is set to open in March 2017.
