Leading serviced apartment owner/operator Cheval Residences has signed a six-figure deal to be a Platinum Sponsor for Serviced Apartment Summits on three continents.

The sponsorship agreement covers:
Serviced Apartment Summit Europe 2016, 2017 and 2018
Serviced Apartment Summit MEA 2016, 2017 and 2018
Serviced Apartment Summit Americas 2017 and 2018

The announcement comes as Cheval aims to grow its brand beyond its London heartland as it looks for management opportunities in the world’s leading urban markets.

Mohammed S. Almarzooqi, managing director of Cheval Residences, said: “After the success of the inaugural Serviced Apartment Summit MEA in Dubai in 2015, Cheval Residences continues its commitment to the sector with a three-year partnership with the Summit. We are delighted Cheval Residences is to be a Platinum Sponsor for the Serviced Apartment Summits worldwide. We believe that such a partnership not only reaffirms Cheval’s commitment to a sector that continues to grow and evolve, but that Serviced Apartment Summit is the perfect partner to support the growth and development of the Cheval brand.”

International Hospitality Media CEO Piers Brown said: “We’re delighted to welcome Cheval Residences as a long-term sponsor for our Summits in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. The commitment is further proof that our events offer a great opportunity to network, make new business contacts and ultimately do deals.”

The Serviced Apartment Summit Europe was launched in London in 2013. It has grown rapidly year-on-year and in 2016 attracted more than 300 international delegates.

The inaugural Serviced Apartment Summit MEA, in Dubai, attracted more than 150 delegates last year from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman, Kenya, Nigeria, Thailand, France, Ireland, the UK, and Montenegro.

And in April of this year, the first Serviced Apartment Summit Americas took place in New York City.

All three events feature a full day’s conference agenda, a cocktail reception and a speed business card swap. Top quality casts of industry expert speakers cover serviced apartments, branded residences, aparthotels, short-term rentals, extended stay hotels and corporate housing.
