Philippines: The Ascott Limited has unveiled the newly renovated apartments at Ascott Makati.
Located within Glorietta Shopping Complex, one of the two towers
at the 362-unit Ascott Makati has been completely revamped,
and renovation of the second tower is set to begin in the first
quarter of 2017.

The renovated apartments at Ascott Makati feature "expansive living and dining areas, designer interior, new furnishings with plush fabrics in soft neutral colours and rich blue tones, lavish fittings, fully-equipped kitchens with new appliances, home entertainment systems and wireless internet connection".
They range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, as well as three penthouses with balconies.
Ascott Makati has also unveiled a new lobby, a residents' lounge, a new swimming pool and a playroom for children. It will soon launch a restaurant by popular steakhouse Myron's, a pool bar named Que, a ballroom and function rooms.
