Netherlands: Amsterdam-based provider Corporate Housing Factory has selected Maxxton to supply its ERP solution.

Corporate Housing Factory (CHF) has selected Maxxton's main back office solution for central reservations, property management including housekeeping and maintenance, integrated Customer Relationship Management, extensive reporting and detailed business analytics. CHF will also benefit from the integrated web services provided by Maxxton with a new online booking engine, supporting direct online bookings.

Jouke Baaima, director of Corporate Housing Factory, said: "We were looking for a solution that could grow with us along our expansion plans as well as support the current state our business is in. We have evaluated several solutions and feel that Maxxton offers all the necessary functionalities and procedures we require. In the coming years we will be increasing our managed accommodations and will have the possibility to add third party properties. Maxxton can deliver what we want and we are confident they are the right partner for the future."

Séverine Obertelli, head of sales and marketing EMEA at Maxxton, said: "We are very proud to announce Corporate Housing Factory as our next partner in the serviced apartment sector. CHF wanted a provider that is forward thinking and innovative - and understands the accommodation rental sector. With our system CHF will have a firmer grip on business performance thanks to the built-in administration, and will be able to grow their inventory and market reach thanks to the system flexibility and the extensive number of channels to which we are directly connected."

Corporate Housing Factory is one of the fastest growing corporate housing companies in the Netherlands, offering serviced apartments throughout the country.
