Lorigo takes marketing role at The Athenaeum Hotel and Apartments

UK: The Athenaeum Hotel has appointed Camille Lorigo as marketing manager, ahead of a relaunch later this year.

Lorigo joins the five-star hotel, which also offers serviced apartments, from D&D London, where she was brand manager for South Place Hotel.

The Athenaeum will reveal a refurbishment along with a new F&B operation run by the Galvin brothers.

"We are delighted to have attracted Camille to help us with the re-launch of The Athenaeum following our current extensive re-fresh," said general manager, Jeremy Hopkins. "She has huge experience and a reputation as a creative director we will be tapping into to help us create stand-out in London's increasingly competitive luxury hotel market."

Lorigo said: "I'm culturally involved and naturally gregarious. I believe I'm a natural ambassador and a great mentor - qualities I will bring to the Athenaeum at this exciting time in its history."
