UK: Xn protel Systems and Neorcha have teamed up to market Neorcha’s mobile guest applications in the UK, Middle East and APAC regions.
The companies say: "Neorcha's products enjoy unified integration
with existing hotel CRM, PMS, CRS, Spa / Activity and POS systems
(including the Xn protel product line). The myHotel App enables
hotels to maximise their guests' experience by providing access to
a range of services including pre-arrival arrangements, concierge
services, destination information and express
check-out. myCheck-in is an App that provides a stress-free,
fast and efficient mobile solution. Amongst others, Neorcha
provides mobile guest applications for Rotana Hotels and Millennium
Hotels in the Middle East."
Neorcha's products will form a core part of the range provided by Xn protel Systems' new mobile and analytics division, headed by Emmanuel Clavé.
The app allows guests to make room, restaurant and spa bookings, as well as ordering room service. As part of the project, the myHotel app has been directly integrated with protel PMS, Xn POS and Reservation Assistant systems - allowing guests to make their bookings or room service orders in real time. The guest app was shortlisted for Best Use of Technology in Hospitality in the European Hospitality Awards 2015.
Roger El Khoury, managing director of Neorcha, stated: "We are delighted to have Xn protel Systems as an important and strategic partner for Neorcha. Xn protel Systems has fantastic geographic sales and support capabilities across the United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia Pacific, and we look forward to working with them to establishing myHotel and myCheck-in as leading mobile guest applications in these markets."
Emmanuel Clavé, group product director, mobile and analytics at Xn protel Systems, said: "At a time when hotels are losing direct bookings to the OTAs it is important that they employ all available tools to retain guest loyalty and encourage direct bookings and upsells, both pre and during guest stays. The Neorcha mobile platform provides hoteliers with a range of very powerful guest-facing applications to stay in close contact with their guests."
