Germany: Vision Apartments has teamed up with Hamburg’s Apartment040.
Vision Apartments will advertise the company's
services through its distribution and communication channels with
The partnership is the first stage in what Vision Apartments hopes will be the addition of several partners. It says it will subject potential candidates "to close scrutiny: Along with focusing primarily on long stays and offering services typical of the segment, they need to have apartment houses that share Vision Apartments' strong affinity for architecture, design, and stylish living concepts".
Anja Graf, CEO and chairwoman of Vision Apartments, said: "To continue to meet the constantly growing needs of our guests - and in particular, our business clients - it's essential that we expand our horizons and enter into cooperations like these. Expectations are always rising as well, which is why we need to stay tuned in terms of offering furnished apartments across as many of Europe's business-minded cities as possible. Even if we pursue an offensive expansion strategy, Vision Apartments won't be able to cover every key destination in the serviced apartments segment on its own. This pilot phase will give us a number of different insights, and we're happy to have already found an initial partner in Apartment040 in Hamburg - they're a perfect fit for our philosophy."
Apartment040 offers 77 modern apartments within a historically protected building that was constructed in 1926 with a classically-Hamburg brick façade.
