Furnished Quarters launches corporate housing management website

US: Furnished Quarters has launched MyFQ, described as the most comprehensive programme management tool in the corporate housing industry.

This mobile-enabled website is designed to provide a range of services and customised reporting for corporate housing programme administrators, as well as guests.

Furnished Quarters quoted a manager of global mobility for a Fortune 500 financial services firm as saying: "The MyFQ site is truly revolutionary in the corporate housing industry. It's leaps and bounds above the competitive offerings available to manage corporate housing programmes. Most other tools do not offer the scope, flexibility, ease of use, and access to customised reporting on demand that Furnished Quarters provides with MyFQ."

Through the site, programme managers can now access real-time data that could previously only be obtained from a Furnished Quarters' employee. This includes 24/7 access to guest lists, invoices, reservation details, apartment rates and photos, and the status of service requests and housecleaning services. Administrators can download this information into custom reports accessible through their desktop or mobile device. The tool also provides the ability to send messages directly to all or a selected group of guests, providing a solution for business continuity and disaster recovery.

In addition to serving corporate housing program managers, MyFQ also serves guests staying in Furnished Quarters' apartments. Through the site, guests now have mobile access to apartment details, neighbourhood information, and local discounts prior to and during their stay. Guests can also pay for their reservation online, instantly submit service requests via the site, and even troubleshoot basic issues like how to access Wifi.
