UK: Flying Butler has added to its sales, reservations and guest services departments as it continues to expand.
Roxana Crainiciuc brings her experience in sales and operations
roles within the UK serviced apartment industry and is focused on
developing direct relationships with key channels for Flying Butler
Patrizia Santaniello joins the guest services department and is leading the company's Meet & Greet programme, "ensuring all guests are met on arrival and that their settling-in is hassle-free".
Maeva Noual brings a strong knowledge of apartment sales and reservations processes to Flying Butler, having worked with both operators and agencies in the UK and European serviced apartment industry. She will be a daily contact for clients booking into Flying Butler, as well as supporting the sales team and working closely with Flying Butler's Sherry Humphreys.
