China: Swire Properties has begun pre-leasing for its Taikoo Place Apartments development, prior to the official opening in August 2015.
Guy Bradley, chief executive of Swire Properties, said: "The
launch of Taikoo Place Apartments represents the latest edition to
the Taikoo Place story. Taikoo Place Apartments will complement our
existing portfolio in Taikoo Place and enable us to better serve
our office tenants as well as business travellers. It will help
realise the full potential of Taikoo Place as a commercial hub,
setting new standards for business districts in Hong Kong."
With interiors designed by New York-based firm Richardson Sadeki, the 28-storey tower comprises 111 suites, offering a range of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites and penthouses, the respective gross areas of which are approximately 480, 620 to 740, 1,220 and 1,620 square feet.
All one- and two-bedroom suites include balconies overlooking Victoria Harbour and the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, or offer views of the city. The interiors have been designed "in an understated palette of warm colour tones to create an atmosphere of modern comfort, with attractive design features including floor-to-ceiling windows that invite in natural light, modern and fully equipped kitchens, and stylish custom-designed living room furnishings and décor".
Facilities include a private lounge, a clubhouse, a private spa with steam rooms, an outdoor dining terrace and a gymnasium, as well as 24-hour concierge service.
