US: Founding partners Rob and Kyle McDaniel have announced the forthcoming launch of Dwel Serviced Residences Inc.

Dwel is a new provider of corporate furnished accommodation in the Washington DC Metro area. The company says it “seeks to change the landscape of the region’s furnished housing industry through a unique focus on service and product”. Its two principals are Rob McDaniel and his son Kyle.

Rob McDaniel said: “Dwel is not just another corporate housing provider with the same old, same old approach. We are out to break the rules and have fun doing it. Our goal is to take the corporate out of corporate housing by focusing on the experience and not the transaction. Guests will be provided with service that’s uniquely personal and clients will appreciate that our approach is straightforward and simple.”

“Airport pick up, personal meet and greet, boutique furniture, high quality housewares, exclusive amenities and custom bedding are just a few examples of what every guest can expect,” says the company.

Dwel is also introducing “industry-leading technology that will make communication with guests and clients easy to understand, convenient and accessible on any device”.

“Selecting, booking and checking into a furnished apartment should not be complicated” said Kyle McDaniel. “And, once a guest arrives, they should be provided with a comfortable, functional space that is designed around living instead of feeling like just a temporary place to stay.”

Upon Dwel’s launch, Synergy Corporate Housing announced that it would be a preferred strategic partner in the DC region.

Jack Jensky, co-founding partner of Synergy Corporate Housing, said: “We are looking forward to Dwel’s entry into the DC market and are proud to include them in our global, best-in-class partner program. In this industry, quality and service is critically important and we have no doubt Dwel will exceed our expectations. Dwel will prove to be an asset for corporate housing needs in the DC region.”
