Ranging from 450 to 1,400 square feet, Q&A's suites will be more than twice the size of a typical New York City hotel room and each will contain a fully equipped kitchen.
Q&A at 70 Pine will feature 132 suites over four floors of the historic Art Deco building in studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations. Hotel services at the location will include complimentary continental breakfast, concierge services, and preferential access to the rooftop lounge and restaurant.
