Newton has been promoted to senior general manager for London. Reporting directly to Shaun Hinds, managing director of international operations at BridgeStreet, Newton will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and business performance of BridgeStreet's London market.

"David has been a tremendous ambassador for our company over the past 10 years," said Shaun Hinds. "We're looking forward to applying his vast sector knowledge and experience on a larger scale, directly impacting BridgeStreet's growth in the UK."

In his new role, Newton will lead the existing management team to continue to improve quality, efficiency and profitability.
