The Apartment Service lands top three spot in HBAA mystery shop

UK: The Apartment Service, a provider and global booking agent for serviced apartments and hotels, has landed a top three position in a mystery shop of the HBAA membership.

The mystery shop of the Hotel Booking Agents Association (HBAA) membership was conducted by market research consultancy BDRC Continental and is an on-going exercise used by HBAA to benchmark its members in order to "create a recognised industry standard".

Every quarter member agents receive an accommodation enquiry via email or telephone and are assessed on how the enquiry is being handled, the speed of response and the product knowledge of the operator.

To be in the top three of accommodation agents tested in this first round of benchmarking is an achievement and high praise indeed."
